Nesting Habitat Installation

We design and install multi-chamber sparrow terrace nest boxes suitable for colony nesting.

Our installations:

  • Use durable, weather-resistant timber

  • Are positioned under suitable eaves or structures

  • Are installed with property owner permission

  • Follow UK wildlife protection guidance

  • Avoid disturbance of active nests

We work with homeowners, schools, housing providers, and community buildings.

Urban Tree & Shrub Planting

House sparrows depend on access to food sources and shelter close to nesting sites.

We encourage and, where appropriate, assist with:

  • Planting native shrubs

  • Small urban tree planting

  • Hedge restoration

  • Pollinator-friendly planting

All planting recommendations prioritise native species that support insect life and seed availability.

Responsible Habitat Stewardship

We promote long-term care of installed nesting sites and surrounding habitat.

This includes:

  • Advice on maintaining nest boxes safely

  • Non-invasive monitoring guidance

  • Seasonal awareness (avoiding disturbance during breeding season)

  • Referring injured birds to licensed wildlife rehabilitators

We do not operate as a wildlife rescue centre.
